The back panel has a small triangular piece missing (not affecting image or text) and a split that has been closed with acid-free archival tape, overall, good+. Produced for the Chicago Columbian Exposition of 1893, it is a scarce promotional guide for budding resort town of Las Vegas, New Mexico. Scattered among the images are paragraphs promoting the city for home seekers, investors, and tourists. It extolls not only these virtues but promotes it as a community with a very bright future. A wonderfully visual piece, it is very scarce with WorldCat locating no copies
